In einer Epoche der Rastlosigkeit, in der Eile jeden Lebensbereich durchdringt, ist Langsamkeit oft Provokation. Die Rückeroberung der Muße und die Suche nach der richtigen Geschwindigkeit sind zentrale Themen der neuen Ausstellung des KUNSTSALONs.
Von 5. bis 28. Juni 2020 ist der KUNSTSALON mit dem dritten Teil der Ausstellungsreihe ALLE ZEIT DER WELT zu Gast in der Galerie des Kunstvereins Steyr / Schloss Lamberg.
Die bildenden Künstlerinnen und Kuratorinnen Mag.art. Marie Ruprecht und Mag.art. Antonia Riederer präsentieren im Rahmen ihres Ausstellungskonzeptes des örtlich flexiblen KUNSTSALONs regelmäßig eigene Arbeiten und Arbeiten geladener Gäste.
Gastkünstlerin Mag.art. Gabriele Kutschera lebt und arbeiten in Wien & Bad Wimsbach-Neydharting. Sie ist Metallkünstlerin und Designerin und gilt als führende Eisenplastikerin Österreichs.
Aufgrund der aktuellen Lage wird keine Vernissage stattfinden. Wir laden stattdessen zu Künstlerinnengesprächen. Am 12. Juni werden die Künstlerinnen in der Ausstellung anwesend sein. So können die nötigen Sicherheitsabstände gewahrt und alle Maßnahmen zur Eindämmung des Coronavirus eingehalten werden.
In an era of restlessness, in which haste permeates every area of life, slowness is often a provocation. The reconquest of leisure and the search for the right pace are central themes of the new exhibition of the KUNSTSALON.
From June 5th to 28th 2020, the KUNSTSALON will take place at the gallery of the Kunstverein Steyr / Schloss Lamberg, presenting the third part of the exhibition series ALLE ZEIT DER WELT.
The visual artists and curators Mag. art. Marie Ruprecht and Mag. art. Antonia Riederer regularly present their own works and works of invited guests as part of their exhibition concept of the locally flexible KUNSTSALON. Guest artist Mag. art. Gabriele Kutschera lives and works in Vienna & Bad Wimsbach-Neydharting. She is a metal artist and designer and is considered Austria’s leading iron sculptor.
Due to the current situation, there will be no vernissage. Instead, we invite you to artist talks. On June 12, the artists will be present at the exhibition. In this way, the necessary safety distances can be maintained and all measures to contain the coronavirus can be observed.
