Die Natur braucht den Menschen nicht. Der Mensch aber braucht die Natur. Der Mensch ist der Natur nicht übergeordnet, er ist immer nur Teil der Natur und muss sich ihr unterordnen. In der neuen Ausstellungsreihe des KUNSTSALONS bearbeiten die Künstlerinnen Marie Ruprecht und Antonia Riederer dieses Themenfeld. Als Gastkünstlerin wurde für die Ausstellung in der Galerie der Stadt Traun die New Yorker Künstlerin Gunjan Tyagi eingeladen.

Nature doesn’t need people. But humans need nature. Humans are not superior to nature, they are always just part of nature and must subordinate themselves to it. In the new exhibition series at the KUNSTSALON, the artists Marie Ruprecht and Antonia Riederer work on this topic. The New York based artist Gunjan Tyagi was invited to take part as a guest artist for the exhibition in the Traun City Gallery.
